Parmesian Garlic Fries


This recipe is easy and can elevate your normal fries to a new level as an LTO or Board Item.

Start with your already great fries made from the Kingston Fryer “America’s Ultimate Frying Potato” and while your fries are fresh out of the fryer and still hot, toss with a little Parmigiano – Reggiano, minced garlic and fresh parsley. Keeping the chopped garlic in a little olive oil makes it easier to measure and apply while adding additional flavor.
